Sara Varon is a printmaker, illustrator, and comics artist. She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, but is really from the midwest. Her recent projects include a graphic novel called "Sweaterweater", published by Alternative Comics in the Summer of 2003. Projects in work include a small comic book for the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis, and a children's book, being published by Scholastic Press in Spring 2006. At this moment, she is probably petting strange dogs on the street, sitting in a movie theater, drawing pictures, and/or drinking excessive amounts of coffee or liquor
